As a flight attendant during this time of year, it is so easy to spend our time being pulled in a million directions. We end up drained from extra flight hours, running errands and lethargic from indulgent drinking and eating. The next several episodes are all designed and created to help you ease into the holidays and next year with less hassle and stress. This one we go into a concept I teach my coaching clients called "Powerful Questions". The steps to use this tool as easy to do. Please do not let your brain trick you into thinking they are too simple.
Step 1 - begin to notice the questions you are asking yourself all day long. The key to changing anything is awareness. Step 2 - Once you have figured out the "drunk girl thinking" ones, then reframe them into ones which will lead your brain towards finding a solution. Step 3 - Be kind, compassionate and gentle with yourself as you work on one question at a time. Step 4 - Pick one Powerful Question each day to help you direct your brain towards solutions.
